I have been involved with fitness and health for most of my life and professionally for around twelve years. I have a Master of Herbology degree, diplomas in energy healing (Reiki Master Teacher, Reconnective Healer, ARCH Master), certifications in personal training and aerobics (NASM, ACE, AFAA) and as a yoga instructor, Holistic Iridology, Kapsos Deep Muscle Therapy, and a few other modalities. I also train dogs--really humans to understand how to communicate with their dogs.
My fitness experience is not just academic. I have won several national and local titles in Chinese full-contact kickboxing. I ran the New York Marathon in under 3:30. I have written health articles that have been published in national magazines and am currently working on a couple of book projects.
